The Commuter Welcome Reception is held at the beginning of each semester to welcome new commuter students to Stony Brook University and to re-connect with returning commuter students.

The Spring 2008 Commuter Welcome Reception was held Monday, February 11, in the Commuter Commons.
All students in attendance received Commuter Success Kits with information and giveaways from offices across campus!
This event allowed students to stop by for some hot beverages and good conversation with the Commuter Student Services staff and volunteers. We had a great turnout!
