Commuter Welcome Receptions
The Commuter Welcome Reception is held at the beginning of each semester to welcome new commuter students to Stony Brook University and to re-connect with returning commuter students. All students in attendance receive Commuter Success Kits with information and giveaways from offices across campus!
This event also allows students to stop by for some hot beverages and good conversation with the Commuter Student Services staff and volunteers.
