SpringOUT is a multi-week community celebration of sexuality/gender diversity centered on empowering LGBTQ* students. It not only prioritizes visibility and awareness, but also aims to celebrate the legacies of past and current movement workers and organizers.
LGBTQ* Services and the Campus Recreation Center are teaming up for a semester long
programming series to create a more encouraging and affirming environment for LGBTQ*
and gender non-conforming students within the Campus Rec Center, intramurals, and

LGBTQ* [campus] Life
A program series that provides a consistent safe(r) and affirming space for LGBTQ* students and allies throughout the academic year that engages in both passive and direct educational and social programming targeting a number of important topics, concepts, and information integral to student success and persistence. Event occurs weekly, on Wednesdays from 1:00 - 2:20PM during Campus Lifetime in SAC 304.
Affinity Discussion Groups
An ongoing series of caucus-based discussion groups. Each discussion meeting will be centered around a specific group/identitiy. Come join your friends and peers for the discussion groups, where you can be you and have engaging conversation focused around identities you share! Groups are not intended to replace therapy or counseling, and they are not open for research or observation.
Groups meet Fridays from 2:30 - 4:00PM, in SAC 311
Ongoing program series that creates intentional study space that is affirming and supportive of LGBTQ* students and allies that aims to support students prioritization of academic excellence through quiet space facilitation, topical micro-programs, and skill-building activities.
