The Multicultural Women's Alliance consists of female leaders committed to promoting a greater understanding and appreciation of the cultural differences that exist among women in order to further unite as women at Stony Brook. The Alliance addresses cultural and social issues through discussion and programs that promote diversity and support women in leadership. Join us! The next Multicultural Cafe will take place on Thursday, April 19, 2012 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in SB Union 135, UCC Lounge. Do you have something on your mind? Join the Multicultural Women's Alliance (MWA) for an evening of relaxation, conversation, and light refreshments -- as they share their thoughts about life and the world. All interested students are welcome to participate. |
