ROME: Required Orientation Make-up Experience
Students who do not attend Experience Stony Brook/Orientation Part II will be required to participate in the Required Orientation Makeup Experience (ROME). Students participating in ROME must make up the required program information through a series of in person and online assignments.
Students will be automatically enrolled in the makeup program approximately 2 weeks into the semester, after drop/add ends. Students will receive an Orientation Hold and will be enrolled in the ROME course via Blackboard. Syllabus and course requirements for ROME are available via Blackboard to students enrolled in the program.
Once students complete all assignments, the Orientation Hold will be removed. The makeup course should be completed before registration begins for the following semester, since you will not be able to register for your next semester courses without completing the makeup program.
