The Stony Brook Dance for Wellness (SBUD), is a wellness program sponsored by the Department of Campus Recreation at Stony Brook University.

Fee Structure
Dance Lesson Fee (55-minute class): $9 per individual class
4-week session: $30, or if you register for more than one dance in same night, $25
3-week session: $22, or if you register for more than one dance in same night, $20
2-week session: $15, or if you register for more than one dance in same night, $12
Directions
To the Stony Brook University Student Union (from the Long Island Expressway):
- LIE (495) to exit 62 North (Nicolls Road / Route 97) toward Stony Brook.
- Travel North approximately 9 miles, and drive past the first Stony Brook entrance.
- Make left and enter through 2nd Main Entrance to Stony Brook University.
- At traffic light turn right.
- Proceed to second stop sign and turn left onto Stadium Road.
- Travel around curve to end of road (Union is the building in front of you) and turn right.
- Park in one of the lots.
- Enter through the rear entrance of the Student Union and walk to front lobby. Turn right through the doorway and continue to far end of the hall into the Ballroom.
Directions to Setauket Neighborhood House (from the Long Island Expressway):
- LIE (495) to exit 62 North (Nicolls Road / Route 97) toward Stony Brook.
- Travel North approximately 10 miles until the end of Nicolls Road.
- Turn right at the end of Nicolls Road onto Route 25A East.
- At the first light (before hill) turn left onto North Country Road (North Country Road will turn into Main Street).
- Proceed through three (3) stop signs.
- The Neighborhood House will be on your right across, from the pond.
