Wellness Center Memberships
All current Stony Brook University Faculty, Staff, and affiliates can purchase a membership to the Wellness Center.Membership Packages
- $60 Summer Special (Valid May 21 - August 17, 2012)
- $25 per month (from date of purchase)
*Please note that the Wellness Center is no longer offering yearly or semester memberships due to the anticipated opening of the new Campus Recreation Center in the Fall of 2012.

Where do I purchase my Wellness Center membership?
All Wellness Center memberships must be paid at the Bursar Office located in the Administration Building, Room 261. The Bursar Office is open on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30AM - 4:00PM and on Tuesday from 10:00AM - 7:00PM (Note: The office closes at 4PM on Tuesdays when classes are not in session). In order to purchase a membership you will need to bring your Stony Brook University ID card as well as the completed membership form which can be found by clicking the link above.
Once you have completed your transaction with the Bursar Office you will need to bring a copy of your receipt as well as your Stony Brook University ID card to the Wellness Office located in the Student Activities Center, Room 225. Present your receipt and ID card to one of the Wellness Office staff members and they will issue you a Wellness Center membership card which will allow you access to the Wellness Center. Personal Training
Personal trainers are available for students, faculty, staff and affiliates who have a valid Wellness Center membership. Please click here for more information regarding personal training.
Parking
Parking is available in the SAC Faculty Lot also known as the Old-H Lot which is located to the right of SAC Drive on the way out from the Bus loop. Additional metered parking is also available behind the SAC on Engineering Drive.
Guest Policy
Guests are not allowed to use the Wellness Center. The Wellness Center is for students and members only.
Group Fitness Classes
Registered undergraduate students can participate for free. Faculty, staff and graduate students require a group fitness punch card to participate which are purchased in the Wellness Office, SAC Room 225. Registration sheets are available in the Wellness Office, or you can print off the web for easier completion. For more information please call the Wellness Office at 632-6850.
