Strength Club


Our club is an amalgam of Strength related sports, ranging from, but not limited to, Weightlifting, Powerlifting, and Strongman. Members range from National medalists, to personal health and fitness goal. It is a club for all!

We are able to discuss lifting tecniques and programs together, while fostering a community able to develop beginners into advanced lifters. Members will be able to enjoy an injury-free, strong healthy body. We benefit the campus by providing an enhanced, efficient usage of the Recreation Center, while formally educating fellow students on proper weightlifting techniques.
