SCHOMBURG APARTMENTS
The Schomburg Apartments are comprised of two buildings for a total of 72 apartments, located near the academic mall. The Schomburg Apartments are for Graduate students, married Undergraduate and Graduate couples, and domestic partnerships.

There are two types of apartments:

1-bedroom apartments for married couples and domestic partnerships
4-bedroom apartments for 4 single graduate or Health Science Center students of the same gender to share.

Meal Plan: A meal plan is not required for residents of Schomburg Apartments.

Housing Policies: Mids in Building B are Quiet Lifestyle. All other apartments are Traditional. Smoke Free and Substance Free are available in both buildings upon request.

Office Location: Quad Office is located in West Apartments, Building E, Commons.

Floor Plan: The Schomburg Apartments are comprised of two buildings for a total of 72 apartments, located near the academic mall. There are two types of apartments:

1-bedroom apartments for married couples and domestic partnerships
4-bedroom apartments for 4 single graduate or Health Science Center students of the same gender to share

The 4-bedroom apartments consist of living and dining areas, bathroom facilities, and a kitchen equipped with full sized refrigerator and an electric range. Schomburg one-bedroom apartments are similar to Chapin one-bedroom apartments, with a living room, bathroom, bedroom and kitchen.

Mailroom: Mailboxes are located in the Commons. All packages can be picked up in Keller Mailroom (216-4150), located in the basement of Keller College.

Parking: Parking is located in the rear of the buildings.

Dining Facilities: There are no dining facilities provided for the Schomburg Apartments. Each Apartment is equipped with a kitchen and dining area. The nearest dining facility is the Kelly Dining Center and is located in Kelly Quad. For more information, visit their website.

Computing Center: There is no Computing center in Schomburg Apartments, although Student residents of Schomburg have access to On-Campus SINC Sites and Residential Computing Centers, the nearest in West Apartments, Building E, Commons and the Baruch Computing Center in Kelly Quad.

Fitness Center: There is no Fitness Center in Schomburg Apartments, although Student residents of Schomburg have access to On-Campus Fitness Centers, the nearest being in West Apartments, Building E, Commons and in Schick College in Kelly Quad.
