Spring Break Housing Registration: Please fill out this form and state whether or not you will be staying on campus for Spring break. The information will help the Division of Campus Residences concerning matters of safety and security. Please keep in mind that you are still expected to follow the University Conduct Code and Terms of Occupancy during break times. If you have any questions about this log, expectations during break, dining options, etc. please speak with your Resident Assistant, Hall Director, or Campus Residence at 631-632-6750. Housing Waitlist: On-line application to add your name to the housing waitlist. You will be contacted on a first come first server basis as spaces become available.
Housing Cancellation Form: Students wishing to cancel housing for a specific semester may do so by completing the cancellation form below. Students who cancel by August 15th (January 15th for the Spring semester) will receive a $100 credit of the $200 room deposit that was paid. Students who cancel after this date but prior to the start of the semester will not incur housing charges for that semester provided they have not picked up the key to their assigned space. Once a student signs into their assigned space, they are financially responsible for that space until they properly sign out and return their room key. Students who cancel housing for one semester will forfeit future priority for housing and are unlikely to obtain housing should they require housing during a future semester / year. In order to cancel your housing for a specific housing term, complete the on-line Housing Cancellation Form.
