Spring Break Housing Registration: Please fill out this form and state whether or not you will be staying on campus for Spring break. The information will help the Division of Campus Residences concerning matters of safety and security. Please keep in mind that you are still expected to follow the University Conduct Code and Terms of Occupancy during break times. If you have any questions about this log, expectations during break, dining options, etc. please speak with your Resident Assistant, Hall Director, or Campus Residence at 631-632-6750.   Spring Break Form is currently down until Spring Break 2015.

Summer Housing Application: Stony Brook offers comfortable housing in an apartment style setting for students enrolled in Summer Coursework, conducting research or working on campus. Housing is available in 6 person apartments offering a combination of single and double occupancy spaces. Summer housing is available from May 26, 2014 - August 15, 2014. Winter Housing Application & Guidelines: The Winter housing application is not available. Please check back at a later date. 

Mid-Year Room Change Application: The Mid- Year Room Change Application is not yet available.PLEASE USE INTERNET EXPLORER TO FILL OUT THIS APPLICATION once it does become available.

Housing Waitlist: On-line application to add your name to the housing waitlist.  You will be contacted on a first come first server basis as spaces become available.

Housing Cancellation Form: On-line application form to cancel your housing for a specific housing term.
