MAIL FORWARDING PROCESS

In an effort to SPEED UP your mail forwarding for the Summer and after graduation, please go to the USPS web site and fill out the ‘5 Section Web Form’ . There is a $1.00 charge to your credit card which confirms your identity and protects you from mail fraud. This system should speed up your forwarding by 3 to 5 weeks.

Google “USPS–The official change of address form” and begin filling out the form. You will need to complete ALL 5 frames to receive your mail. Use your check-out date as a “Mail Forwarding Date”. You may also indicate “Temp” under the “Individual”, “Family”, or “Business” option if you are returning in the Fall.

If you are returning next year: Do not forget to change your mail forwarding BEFORE your arrival on Campus.

If you are staying through the Summer ON CAMPUS: Go to the mailroom located at Keller, H-Quad or Chapin and fill out a mail forwarding card and don’t forget to include your cell phone number.

♦♦♦ SPECIAL FEDERAL NOTE♦♦♦ Federal Law does not allow us to accept mail for a non-student or non-housing contract holder. If you are graduating or moving off Campus, please use the USPS Mail Forwarding/Mail Address Change.
