The 2012 - 2013 Residence Hall and Apartment rates have been approved and are summarized below. It is one of our highest priorities that rent increases, when necessary, are as low as possible.  An outcome of our commitment to minimize increases is that our rates are among the lowest for the SUNY Centers, despite the fact that the cost of living on Long Island is substantially higher than it is in the communities where the other Centers are located. The approved rates reflect the University's responsibility to operate our residential facilities on a balanced budget.
