RHA has a full body elected board. E-board members are elected by the members of RHA. Certain criteria must be met in order to fulfill an eboard position, including being a member of RHA for a year before running for a position.
The RHA e-board is a hard working dedicated group of students who work tirelessly to advocate for residents needs. Their responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Running general body meetings every week

Attending all e-board and general body meetings

Attending national and regional conferences (such as NACURH and NEACURH)

Completing duties as per the position they hold

Being a member of various committees on campus
