The Department of Residential Operations works hard to make sure that all maintenance issues are satisfactorily resolved, and so we welcome all feedback. For this reason, every time that a work request is completed, an email will be sent out to the individual who requested the work order. Included in this email is a link to a form for submitting feedback, which can also be found here. We appreciate all responses, as they help us to identify aspects of our service where we excel, as well as areas where we need to improve. This also helps us to follow up with specific issues that are not fully resolved to ensure that they do get resolved.
