CRAFT CENTER - REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

Registration begins immediately and continues until the start date of the class or enrollment is filled, whichever happens first. No notification of class will be sent. Assume you are registered if you don't hear from us. Students will be notified in the event of class cancellation or schedule change.
 
Registration Form:
Complete one registration form per person.
Complete one form for each course selected.
You must be registered and paid in full before attending class.
Registrations are processed in the order received.
 
Payment:
Only cash or checks are accepted (Sorry, no credit cards).
Make checks payable to Stony Brook Union Craft Center.
Write a separate check for each course selected.
Write a separate check for each person registering.
Include your phone number and class title on each check

Please note that for Defensive Driving there is additional fee of $13, payable to K. O’Brien.

Register in Person: Full payment is due at time of registration. The Craft Center office is located in the Student Union building lower level, Room 049 during office hours or by appointment.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be given for cancellations made at least 6 days before the course begins. No refunds or credits for absences due to unexpected events or illness. Full refund for courses which are cancelled by the University.
