LICA - HOW TO ENTER
1. Please read the rules.
2. Bring in your artwork on March 6 or 7, 2008, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
3. Fill out the form below (either print out this screen or come in, we'll have one for you).
4. Come to the reception to see if you have won the Apple computer! It's that easy.
The winning artist will receive an Apple computer!

This form must be completed and signed by student and be submitted when work is delivered. All work must be picked up on Thursday, March 27 or Friday, March 28, 2008 between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. You may contact the SAC Gallery at (631) 632- 4312 or (631) 632-6559 and at sacgallery@yahoo.com. To pick up work you must bring this form and your college identification. The SAC Gallery and Stony Brook University will do everything in its power to care for all works of art submitted to LICA. The gallery cannot, however, insure works of art submitted to the gallery for the competition. All decisions of the judges in the competition are final.
