Orientation
The Student Orientation and Family Programs office is dedicated to helping new students and family members during Orientation, through their first year on campus and beyond.

Student Handbook
The SB Success Book has information on student responsibilities and resources, consumer information and departments, and includes a section on keys to student success.

Commuter Students
The Office of Commuter Student Services helps commuter students
become active participants in campus life by providing services, programs, advocacy, research and outreach.

SAC/Student Union
The Student Activities Center and Stony Brook Union manages multiple venues for student groups and organizations; included are a bank, post office, wellness center, television studio, radio station, lounges, restaurants, wireless Internet and more.

Campus Recreation
The Department of Campus Recreation coordinates programs for the university community, including Intramural Sports, Wellness Programs, Sport Clubs, Open Recreation, Special Events, and Equipment Rental.

Dean of Students
The site provides information about the Dean of Students staff, information for parents, and answers frequently asked questions.

Leadership Nexus
The Leadership Nexus site presents many opportunities across campus that will allow students to develop many essential leadership skills.

Multicultural Affairs
The Office of Multicultural Affairs is dedicated to helping Stony Brook University maintain an all-inclusive campus community where diversity is valued and celebrated, and social justice is promoted

Student Activities
The Student Activities Office works with more than 300 clubs and organizations to program social, cultural and educational activities, advises 32 fraternities and sororities, and offers more than 40 leisure programs and classes in the craft center.

Interfaith Center
The Interfaith Center reflects the many diverse religious traditions on campus. Worship services are held and opportunities are provided to learn about and appreciate diverse religious traditions.

Marching Bands
The Stony Brook University Marching Band is a part of Stony Brook's next great tradition, spreading pride and passion campus-wide. The bands perform at all home football games and at various campus events.
