Submit Event Advertising Form

Do you have an approved event that you would like to include in the Student Life Calendar and/or Listserv? Simply fill out the form below and we will do our best to make sure it gets included. The Student Life Calendar and Listserv are maintained by the Division of Student Life. Submissions are limited to students, faculty, and staff of Stony Brook University. There will be occasions when local events will be considered for inclusion if they appeal to a broad university audience.

Please Note: Student Life Listserv is sent out on Mondays and Thursdays. Events to be posted should be submitted at least one week prior to event. This is for approved events only. This does not count as an event submission for approval. Do not combine different events in a single submission - submit separately. Do not use all caps!
